Emerald of Katong sold around 50% of its units even before public booking day to priority purchasers.
The good thing was that the developer did not raise prices after priority booking nor during the launch day itself.

Selling 99% of units on day 1 of launch is an outstanding result, despite prices hitting as high as $2,9xx psf.
